Action Resign from Employment is automatically changing in Contextual Journeys

Summary: I am trying to create a contextual Journey for Resign from Employment Action but after selecting and saving the action in General tab it's automatically changing to Resignation also when it's triggering for a person the task are coming up but performer cannot take any action on the tasks.

Previously the contextual journey was working fine with Action Resignation, but now we want to change the action from Resignation to Resign from Employment. We have enabled the action and it's coming up in the action list but still it's keep changing to Resignation.
