    Content (required): When employee reports a life event while open enrollment window is in progress, reported life event is in Manual status and OE continues as usual. Client expects that employee reported life events would back out the Open LE and is able to proceed with electing options and Open LE is set to unprocessed status. What is the expected system behaviour and can it be changed?
