Case Management Clarifications:-

Summary of what I have configured till now is:-

  1. Employee to create HR Helpdesk Request first
  2. HR HD Agent will escalate this Request to a Case via Adding an Action.
  3. Case Manager will then Manage the Case via Adding tasks or Action Plan

But what I am struggling is

  1. If task is assigned to someone, then how that person will perform the task?
  2. Can the task assignment be automatically done?
  3. How Case manager will be notified that Case had been created for a HR Helpdesk request?
  4. How HR Helpdesk agent will be notified about the progress or change in status of related Case?
