Performance Management Customizations

My organization
is ramping up to start our annual review process and our clients have several questions surrounding customs they would like to see in the application to streamline the process for our managers and employees.
Content (required):
1. Can a short cut be created in Quick Action or a deep link so employees can go directly to their Performance Document?
2. Can a short cut be created in Quick Actions or a deep link so managers can go directly to the All in One or Evaluate Performance pages?
3. Under Evaluation Topics, the Topics have link associated with each topic, to avoid confusion, can the hyperlinks be removed?
