Redwood - HR Helpdesk - Auditing
Is HR helpdesk auditing availalble if you do not have a licience for Service. My customer is only using HR Helpdesk.
I know that auditing is available under Manage Audit Policies however HR Helpdesk is found under Service. Do I need a service licience to switch this on.
