Possibility of delegating the performance evaluation to a third-party evaluator
Summary: In addition to the possibility of transferring the performance document (where the employee joins a new team, being compared with the other employees in this new team), the system must also include the possibility of DELEGATING the performance document to a third party, whereby only the responsibility for the evaluation is transferred to another evaluator and the employee remains in the same original evaluation team, being compared with the employees in this group.
Does anyone know if there is functionality for the administrator to delegate the performance appraisal to another person, without using the transfer functionality ?
