1 year old open-ended absence not added into the Time Card

Summary:

An open-ended disability that just passed one year since the start date is not added into the Time Card

Content (required):

Hello,

We have a disability absence that is normally added automatically into the Time Cards. This is working fine. However, we just found out that after the absence gets 1 year old, it's not added automatically.

The absence has a no entitlement plan. We just need the absence to be added into the Time Card, no other entitlments calculations are needed.

I know that when we have Qualification plans, we need to extend the open-ended absence, but is this the same case for no entitlments plans? I tried to extend it using the Evaluate Absence process but it's not working. I've also tried to create a Qualification Plan and I see, on the Plan Use, that it says "Qualified Entitlment" until December. It's still not working on the Time Card.

Howdy, Stranger!
