Possibility of the employee contesting a feedback meeting not held by the manager
Summary: Our client needs the employee to have the option of contesting feedback that was not provided by the manager, and there are some particularities that need to be met:
- When a contestation is submitted, the system should reopen the performance document, removing its due date;
- When a contestation is submitted, the system should trigger an alert (via e-mail) to the evaluator, informing the objection;
- When a contestation is submitted, the system should trigger an alert (via e-mail) to the evaluator's superior, informing the objection;
- When a contestation is submitted, the system should assign responsibility for completing the challenge to the assessor's superior.
