How to display Manager response to Employee in performance document

Summary:

In the anytime performance document, there are questionnaires for managers and employees. Now, the employee's response to the questionnaire is visible to the manager, but the employee is unable to see the manager's response. Is it possible to display Manager answers to Employee in performance document. We tried to check at setup level and in page composer as well.
