Travel time estimation accuracy

Hello Oracle community;

Is there a way to improve the accuracy of the travel time estimate that OFSC does?

For example; OFSC calculates that from point A to point B it will take 15 minutes to travel, but in reality it took the technician 20 or more minutes to travel between the two points.

Here I detail the current configuration of the trip at the level of Configuration> Statistics.

Here I detail the current configuration of the trip at the level of the routing plan.
