Expense Reports Print / Print Preview with Attachments - list of accepted file formats / size limits

Summary:

We are testing the auto enabled 23C feature "Print Preview for PDF and MS Office Document Attachments in Expense Reports". Is there documentation in Oracle that lists all supported formats and size limits for the print preview to complete successfully?

We are getting errors trying to test in lower environment some reports with pdf attachments. There is no clear pattern of the issue, so not sure how to troubleshoot before opening an SR . Some reports are creating a pdf to view and some are not.

The only document I can find (Doc ID 2601808.1) applies more to mobile app and not UI application.
