Unable to search for employee's Performance Document.

Summary:

Hi everyone,

We have multiple pods for development, testing, and production. I have an HR specialist role in all the environments. However, in one particular environment I'm unable to search for an employee's performance document.

The search results do not prompt the employee's name on typing in the following pages

• Performance Eligibility
• Performance Documents
• Create Performance Documents

I have the same role in all the environments and I'm able to search for the same employee in other environments. The data and configurations are also exactly the same as the environments are recently copied from Prod. What could be causing this?
