Journey not following all action event config rules for absence duration & absence type?

Summary:

I require a long sick absence journey to trigger after a sickness absence has been open for over 27 days. I have added 1 group (as shown below) which lists duration must be greater than 27, and absence type must equal sickness leave or sickness pregnancy or sickness pandemic. However, this has been triggering at the day point- any ideas as to why?
