Multiple Duplicated for each column in report including Incidents and Threads tables

Summary: I build report with innerjoin b/w the tables incidents and threads. The report even with filters when pulled it shows multiple duplicates for each existing column. date_group() is not helping to reduce the duplicates. How to remove duplicates?
