If employee select medical plan depends upon condition is it possible to hide or grey out FSA /HSA
Summary:
Hi Team,
Is it possible to grey out FSA or HSA depends upon the following conditions.
If employee elects plan 26042 they are eligible to enrol in FSA (Flexible Spending Account) but it is optional
If employee elects plan 73475 they should default to HSA (Health Savings Account)
If employee elects plan 73476 – plan only – employee does not participate in FSA or HSA
We use Post Election Formula to restrict this via error message, but our client want the corresponding checkbox to be greyout instead of error message.
Thanks,
Asha
