WCC report file versioning

Summary:

we have a requirement to save a report in our WCC, however we would like to retain the the Content ID, instead of creating a new file and generate a new content id. similar to file version, instead of creating new file to consume.

the reason behind that is that we are using restapi to trigger an import in oracle sales cloud, and if possible we would like to utlized the initial created content id in our scheduled batch job
