Unable to see Internal questionnaire during External Supplier Registration

Summary:

Client needs to have certain internal questions answered right after the External supplier Registration is submitted, but prior to any approval.

Process should be:

1. External Supplier Registration link sent by "John Smith" to the Vendor

2. Vendor will fill all steps of the registration, plus a questionnaire with vendor questions...

3. Vendor Submits the registration

4. It should flow to "John Smith" for additional Internal questions prior to approval (Questions that can only be answered internally, like budget) - This is needed to start the Due Diligence.

5. Based on some of the responses to Internal questions, the registration should flow to specific groups, for information review
