Sample HDL to load Manager Rating and Comments in Performance Document

Hi Experts,

One of my clients went live with Performance Management for 2022-2023. The Performance documents were created for all the employees and the respective managers have completed their evaluations.

We discovered that the Over All Rating Calculation method was set INCORRECTLY. With the Performance documents released and evaluated, we cannot change the Over All Rating Calculation method.

Here is the requirement from client:

1. Design a report and download Manager Rating and Comments
2. Delete the existing Performance Documents
3. Create a New Performance Document
4. Upload the Manager Rating and Comments using HDL

Before I commit the same, I need your suggestions and best approach to accomplish this requirement.
