couple of internal employees received the "confirm your identity" email

Summary:

We have couple of employees who have received the "confirm your identity" emails from oracle, but they didn't apply to any jobs. Also they are current employees, so this is very odd as to why they recieved it. I can't seem to find anything which would trigger it on just couple of employees (2 known cases). Originally i thought it was phishing attempt, but my internal secrutiy team informed me that the email was sent by oracle.
