What occurs when Candidate arrives to site, and when Cookie Consent Accept and Reject are selected?

hi,

Is there documentation that outlines the sequence of events that occur when an end-user

  1. arrives to the career site (how is this measured/tracked)
  2. selects accept or decline on the cookie consent banner in the ORC website?
    1. How are the different activities of accepting cookies or rejecting cookies measured in the application? Specifically, how is it tracked/recorded if decline is selected on the cookie consent message?
