Not a question, But sharing my thoughts ::
For any organization , one of the challenge is to sensure smooth exit of any employee ,specially when that employee holds important role..
For now, lets focus on Manager exit..
Oracle HCM holds a benchmark on process like 'Automatic Transfer of Direct Reportees to New Manager' which includes Assigning in progress approvals to new manager,
and assigning in process Performance document(which may be in review stage etc) to new Manager.
