Rating Model - Incorrect Ordering?

The rating model is showing in the wrong sequence when in a performance document

Hi all,

We're using a new rating model to help assess competencies during our performance reviews (see - Rating Model attachment 1).

Whilst the model pulls through to the performance document ok, it's ordering is not reflective of the 'rating level'. (see - Rating model attachment 2)

Does anybody understand how to resolve this?

For reference, we are on 18B.
