Evaluate Temporal Event Participation

Summary:

Evaluate Temporal Event Participation is detecting multiple times and causing Age Change life Event to be detected and Evaluated.

For Example, when ran the "Evaluate Temporal Event Participation.", for May, June , it detected the Age change for few employees 2 times, even there was no birthday during that period

We expect it to detect once or not. Any Pointers?
