Employees have to fill form via task whenever manager triggers the journey

Hi All,

We have a requirement where Manager should be able to trigger the task for existing employees anytime whenever they want to avail new laptop from the company. The task would be like a Form to fill all the details.

How to enable only 1 task for all existing employees via manager whenever they want to trigger? Can anyone please help on this
