Exporting all the assignee details

Hi Everyone!
I want to export all the Goal plan assignee details. Even though there is Export option, I am unable to export all the assignee details, In my case there are 5102 employees. I want to export all the 5102 employees.
I cannot give blank search since at least one attribute is required.
