How to push the message scenario trigger status to external system for Where is my Technician?
We are looking to capture the message scenarios data and send it to our external system to know update the ticket status and send sms/email
I am currently looking into SOAP outbound API.https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/field-service/faobs/c-Message-Status.html#MessageStatus-69B98E6C. We are able to see the status but not able to see which launch condition generated which status.
