DATACOPY Rule taking a long time

I have a DATACOPY business rule that copies one version to another. However, it is taking up to 15 or so minutes to complete. I have a similar rule tat copies one scenario to another and that only takes a few minutes. I can't seem to figure out why. The ruels are below. I added the dimension to the version one in hopes it would decrease the time. Any suggestions appreciated.
