Confidencial Prescrening questions only for Northern Ireland (Legal requirements)

As per the Northern Ireland Legal requirements, an organization is to collect 2 very basic inputs from the applicant but it should be only visible to the applicant, not to Hiring Manage and HR team. End-of-the-year organizations to gather and share all applicant information along with 2 mandatory yet confidential inputs to authorities.
We can make these questions confidential and only visible to applicants from the block section but we can't specify"Northern Ireland" as we can only specify based on the country.
I'm really curious to know what existing HCM fusion customers in UK are doing to fulfill this Legal requirement. Please help us with your input.
