Adding guided journey to the main screen of family and emergency contact

I would like to add a guided journey to the main screen of Family and emergency contact

I try to define that at TDS-

But what is happening is that guided journey appears at Add contact or Edit contact but not in the main screen.

I would like to it will be added to the main screen exactly as in Contact info screen-
