Hi - sorry for possibly a basic question, as I am not too familiar with Collections and am unable to check with colleagues.
My question relates to making a change to the Profile Class on a Customer Site. For example, here, Profile Class on Site is CARE DECEASED (but used to be CARE):
When an update is made to the Profile Class, the standard message is returned:
However, looking at the Profile for the Customer in Collections, the customer I'm supporting has confirmed they would expect that under the "Strategies" tab, that the Strategy Method and Assignment would update to be linked to CARE DECEASED rather than still showing as CARE:
