Can we rate goals for some goal plans and not rate a specific goal plan in a performance document?
Summary:
Client requirement is as follows: There are 5 goal plans for a specific person, namely Team Objectives, Special Assignment, Individual Objectives, SWoW & Development - Competencies. The initial setup was that all goals should be rated and hence was set to Required in the performance template. The new requirement is that they want that only 1 specific goal plan (Development - Competencies) is not rated in the performance document, but is still visible. Can this be done? Thanks.

As per above screenshot, the goal section (Results and Attributes), manager and employee need to rate every goal in the evaluated topic.
