Content (required): For security reasons we can't use "v=spf1 ~all" for our vanity emaill SPF rule

We are trying to configure SPF policy for vanity email. However we cannot use "v=spf1 ~all" for security reasons. We don't want all of to be able to send emails. Can you let us know what exactly we can use for this phrase for our SPF policy?

Can Oracle help or is any other customer using a more "specific" SPF policy they could share?
