Options chosen for Unrestricted Plan disappearing when creating another unrestricted life event

Hello,

We have created an unrestricted life event on 13/8/23 and chosen an option. When we have created another life event on 14/8/23, the option chosen has been unticked as per below screenshot.

For more information, usually the user clicks on the option and enter the desired percentage.

The option chosen is disappearing when creating another unrestricted life event.

Can someone advice on how to let the option stay when creating another unrestricted life event.
