Hi Experts, I have a general question on what is the best way to handle the benefits vendor files.

  1. Can we send the Benefits files directly to vendors like Cigna, Delta Dental, etc. from Oracle?
  2. Or have a middle vendor distribute the files?

Can you please let me know which will be best?

does anyone send files directly to vendors? and sending the files directly have any issues?
