How to give the coverage end date for an enrolled plan,re-enroll with same original enrollment date

If an employee is already enrolled in the plan 8/1/2023 and the employee will be on Leave of absence from 9/1/2023 to 10/1/2023. How do we give the coverage end date as 8/31/2023 for the enrolled plan and re-enroll the same plan with the ''same original enrollment date (8/1/2023)" after coming from Leave of absence
