Is it possible to add personalized employee information in Journeys sent via nudges?

Our business are currently utilising journeys configured by the HCM nudges. We are wanting to know if it is possible to add personalized employee information in Journeys sent via nudges? for Example, when the probation end date nudge is being used can we quote the employee probation end date within the journey?

This tool is very difficult to recommend without this feature.
