Goals and Performance not displaying for manager

Summary:

Hello,

When the manager goes to My Team > Career and Performance and clicks on his direct report name, another page opens.

In the left panel, goals and performance is not being displayed. (Refer to 2nd screenshot)

Goals and performance is not displaying in this left panel.

However, in a demo environment, the same thing is displaying. Please advice,
