The custom text to the Summary section of Performance and Development Goals. Texts are printed in both performance and development goals. I want to hide and show the custom text in summary section based on the performance and development goals.

Print the custom text under the summary section of the Performance and Development Goals.

The performance summary section needs to print

Use this section to describe job-related actions you completed this year. This may include performance goals you completed individually or with your work team

The development summary section needs to be printed:

Use this section to describe development actions you completed this year such as participating in a course on ABMU, job shadowing a team member, new skill development (both technical and/or behavioral), etc.
