Information about Cookies and tracking (Law C-25 Quebec)

Summary:

In september, modifications to the law on data privacy and consent (C-25) will come into effect and multiple clients from Quebec will surely have the same questions concerning the privacy and security features of Taleo Business Edition (Cloud).

Based on the list of tracking technologies (cookies) presented in the December 2022 Product/Service Feature Guidance, insightMaster could be removed. There is no information however as to how it can be done by the clients. It would be interesting in order to comply with the provincial obligations regarding privacy and data collection consent to have as much information about this within Taleo Business Edition as possible and for now, the above mentionned document is the only one I managed to get my hands on.
