How can I see what eligibility profile was used for a specific employee with a variable rate?

Summary:

Content (required): I have some employees that are receiving the incorrect rate, even though others are set up with the same criteria that are receiving correct rates. I want to know if there is a diagnostic test, by Person number that will display which eligibility profile the system used. All I can find are diagnostic tests that make me input an eligibility profile and it just lets me know Y or N. I also tried creating a report in BI and do not see this as an option either.
