We have created a custom HR role for Performance. It requires to access Skills and Qualification under Person Spotlight. However, it appears white after adding the privilege.

View Person Skills and Qualifications and Edit Person Skills and Qualifications

Looks like some privilege is missing which is making the page white. Please suggest.
