Summary: Request to check if any Oracle Report can capture Manager Comments for same document upon reopening, without overrding original comment

Content (required): Reports & Analytics- Expectation is to obtain both rows in report from past comment and the comment after reopening document. If delivered reports cannot be used, request for a solution to achieve this at custom level
