Auto Populate date in a field on document details page(Document Records)

Summary:

Hi we have document record named- Mobile Handset Reimbursement. The business policy is that if an employee submits the reimbursement document, then he/she is not eligible for reimbursement for next 2 years. It is only after 2 years that an employee can claim/submit mobile handset reimbursement again.

On the document details page, we have a DFF named- Mobile handset reimbursement date last claimed.

The expectation is that this field should auto populate last claimed date and if the date is within the 2 years duration then the system should not allow the employee to raise. Employee should not be eligible. Only if the date is greater 730 days, which is 2 years, the system should allow the employee .
