Is it possible to display the feedback message in the screen ''Request Feedback For Me''?

When going to feedback, the last step (3) is ''When do you need it?''. Here you are able to put an end date to the feedback request and to give a message that comes with the feedback. This message is only visible in the notification received by the person that needs to give the feedback, but is it also possible to show within the feedback area?
