Need inputs to update review periods dates after the commencement of goal and performance processes

Summary:

We have currently issued Probation goal plans and performance document for the review period 1/1/23 to 31/1/24 .We would like to know if the same goal plan, performance document can be issued for the upcoming years with the same period dates(past dates) without any issue in the processes.

Also need inputs to update review periods dates from the backend as this is uneditable after the commencement of goal and performance processes.
