Is it possible to raise PR's only through Smart Forms ?

How to raise a PR only with Smart Forms ?

Hello

The company have 50 people who raised PR's and there are only 3 categories they want to create PO automatically once the PR's are approved. I enabled the negotiated button however the company wants that only 3 people have access to the negotiated button.

Hence one work around is to setup 2 Smart Forms

1.-Enable the Negotiated button and assign to 3 people

2.-Disable the Negotiated button and assign to 47 people.

However I think the 47 users are still able to raise a PR through the task : Manage Requisitions and they will still have access to the negotiated button Hence I was wondering the following action plan
