Feedback Tab Not Appearing

Hello,
On the Demo Environment, when a manager clicks on the on his employee's name, a page opens. Then on the left panel, there are several options. We want the feedback tab to be displayed on our client environment.
Can someone advice if it's done through sandbox or is it a priviledge?
