To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Fast Formula fails for "Request for More Information"

Summary: The "Move to HR" is automated based on a Fast Formula for the candidate submitting their "Request for More Information". However, it only works about half the time.

Content: When a candidate clicks the Provide Information link in the Request email, the Fast Formula successfully recognizes the status as "ORA_Submitted" and the Move to HR action takes place. However, when the candidate logs into the Career Site and selects the "Provide Info" link from their profile, the Move to HR action does not take place.

Currently, HR is having to check the "Request for More Info" status manually for every candidate so they can perform the Move to HR action themselves when it fails. We're hoping there is a revised Fast Formula which takes into account candidates submitting from the Career Site profile in addition to the emailed link.

Howdy, Stranger!
