Evaluation of multiple competency sections in the performance document.
Summary:
We have created two sections Core Competency and Leadership Competency in the performance document. We are using two different Fast Formulas for the calculation of these two sections.
Content (required):
While calculating the Core Competency section the “Calculated Rating” shows “No Valid Rating Level” with a “Numerical Value” which is incorrect according to the formula and a rating level.
The same value of the rating level of the Core Competency section flows into the Leadership Competency which is “not rated yet”.
As soon as the Leadership Competency section is rated the calculated rating for the core competency section shows a valid rating level with a numerical value.
