On-campus Work Days- Anywhere to Designate that?

Summary: We like the Team Schedule view, but our leaders would like for employees to indicate somewhere in the system that would show in the Team Schedule whether or not they are working on campus or working remote.

Content (required): We are a hybrid company and most employees can choose which days they are on campus working during the week (e.g., I could choose Monday/Wednesday one week and Tuesday, Wednesday the next week). Our leaders would like for employees to be able to indicate which days they will be on-site in the system.

Is anyone else doing this? If so, how are you accomplishing this?
